Dear Parents: Welcome to Polar Pediatrics, the medical practice of Dr. Monique Child. We are welcoming new patients to our practice. I'm looking forward to meeting you.

Office Policies

Respect of self and others is a core value at Polar Pediatrics. We want to model respect for self and others to the children we treat. Disrespecting staff or referral sources will not be tolerated. If you should ever feel disrespected at Polar Pediatrics, please let Dr. Child know.

Emergencies

You can avoid long waits at the ER for some visits. We cherish being part of your lives even when the unexpected happens. If you need to come to the clinic unscheduled, we may not be able to see you. Please call so we can work you in. Every effort will be made to see your kids on the same day that you call in when they are sick. You can also call to tell us you are on your way to the ER and if Dr. Child is available, she can see you there. Scheduled appointments will be seen on time barring any emergency.
